Residence Key Request Form

All keys issued remain the property of Wilfrid Laurier University and students living in residence are prohibited from lending or duplicating keys. Students caught violating this policy will be subject to disciplinary sanctions.

The loss of any keys must be promptly reported to the Residence Office and all lost keys, which are subsequently found, must be returned immediately to the Residence Office.

Students should complete this form if:

their residence key(s) are bent or broken
their residence key(s) are not working
their residence key(s) have been lost
their residence entrance card is broken, lost or no longer working
